Missy provides top-tier service to her clients. After many proposals from Athens and Atlanta Area Brokers, she chose to become affiliated with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty to better serve her clientele. Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty has an expanded, first rate sales organization with an excellent world class name behind it: Coldwell Banker.
The first year in real estate sales, Missy closed over 50 transactions. Since then, she has achieved Multi-million dollar sales status every year she has been active in real estate.
Missy strives to provide excellent customer services to her clients and was awarded the Coldwell Banker Presidents Elite Award for 2002.
She credits her success to the fact that she believes in significant advertising and was one of the first two agents to use both the Georgia (Atlanta) Multiple Listing Service and Athens Multiple Listing systems, therefore tying the two areas of major growth together for her clients. Missy continues to be members of both MLS systems, as well as retaining membership with the Athens Board of Realtors® and the Walton-Barrow Board of Realtors®.
