A current resident of Oconee County, Katie Miller is proud of her knowledge of Oconee and its surrounding counties, as well as their growth and development. She is committed to placing home buyers with sellers through commitment, integrity, and dependability. Having been competitive in the horse industry for 30+ years and a school teacher since 1993, Katie has many good friends and strong relationships that put her in contact with a variety of different people. As a wife and a mother of three, she is committed to building business relationships that last a lifetime. Katie is an alumna of the Pi Beta Phi sorority at the University of Georgia and a graduate of Georgia State University where she obtained a B.A. in English. She joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in 2003. While residing in Walton County for 20 years, she was active in several service organizations including: the Monroe Junior Service League, First Baptist Church, and Safe Kids of Georgia in Walton County. She spent two years teaching English and coaching varsity cheerleading at Athens Academy, where her children are currently enrolled.
