Jim is from Atlanta and moved to Athens to attend the University of Georgia, where he received a degree in Communications. After several years of living in Athens Jim moved to Los Angeles and attended American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Shortly after, Jim was hired by CBS and eventually worked for David Letterman's production company, "World Wide Pants, Inc.". While in this line of work he was assigned to a number of different shows. Eventually Jim worked on developing shows as a communication representative between the production company and the network.
Soon Jim began to miss the South and specifically Athens. In the spring of 1996 Jim moved back to Athens to pursue a number of different real estate ventures. While maintaining a full time career in marketing for a local tech company, Jim continued to work on project after project all related to the real estate industry. Eventually Jim was able to realize his passion and work in real estate as a full time career and has not looked back since.
Jim Daniel's professionalism in the practice of real estate is evident in the satisfaction of his many clients and customers. He has committed himself to not only selling houses, but to meeting the needs of buyers and sellers - explaining the process while walking them through each stage and helping his clients every step of the way.
Jim lives in Five Points with his wife Susan and their dog Jack.
Susan is a Microbiologist for a local subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson.
