Charlie Upchurch III joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in 1986 and, in keeping with family tradition, has reinforced the high principles on which the company was founded. Today, he serves as the President and Broker of Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty which proudly employs over 100 full time residential agents, nine commercial agents, and a staff of twelve. In 2006, he opened a new branch of Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in Braselton, Georgia.
Charlie participates actively in the community by holding numerous civic and professional positions:
