After living in many other cities including Miami, Savannah and Atlanta, Aaron moved to Athens in 1989. He quickly gained a true appreciation for the diversity, the history and the uniqueness this great city offers its residents. And instantly Aaron realized Athens was where he wanted to be.
Aaron graduated with honors from Clarke Central High School where he played soccer and football. After high school, he studied business at the University of Georgia where his interest in the local real estate market was sparked. Immediately after college, Aaron worked with a local Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical company for over four years. His real focus, however, continued to be on helping people in the Athens real estate market.
In 2001, Aaron obtained his real estate license and proudly joined the Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty family. Since then Aaron has become a member of the Million Dollar Club, the Diamond Society, the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Athens Area Association of Realtors, the Athens Multiple Listing Service and the Georgia Multiple Listing Service. Aaron specializes in new construction, resale, and investment properties in the five county Athens area including Clarke, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Madison, and Jackson.
Aaron takes pride in his extensive knowledge and expertise surrounding all aspects of buying or selling a home. He takes extra time and effort to ensure that his clients are aware of exactly what they are buying or selling. Aaron treats every client like a member of his own family. Getting to know people on a personal level enables him to perfectly meet their wants and needs. Seeing a smile on his clients' faces at the closing table is Aaron's ultimate goal.
In addition to his desire to welcome newcomers to this amazing city, Aaron has a real commitment to Athens and looks forward to creating a lifetime of memories here. Aaron resides in Athens with his wife Courtney and son Wyatt.
